10-Minute Elderberry Syrup with a BOOST

Check out this recipe to really turn it up a notch by adding in Ningxia Wolfberries.

This makes the ultimate ‘stay healthy’ Elderberry Syrup EVER — in just 10 minutes.

Soooo easy in the Instant Pot!

▪️Wolfberries – Holy antioxidants!
Google that! With polyphenols and polysaccharides, this exotic berry is touted around the world for its taste and nutrients. Documented use of wolfberries dates back to the Ming Dynasty, where they were part of ancient Chinese culture

▪️Thieves Vitality – This is a seriously amazing blend of clove, lemon, cinnamon bark, eucalyptus radiata and rosemary. Google it’s power.

▪️Nutmeg Vitality – Besides tasting and smelling awesome, this oil encourages optimal digestive function, supports joints and promotes cardiovascular health.

▪️Clove Vitality – This is super crazy high in antioxidants!

▪️Ginger Vitality – Part of keeping the immune system in tip-top shape is keeping digestion optimal. Over 90% of the immune system resides in the gut, so using ginger, with it’s ability to keep digestion happy, only seems natural, right!?

▪️Cinnamon Bark Vitality – Another oil already found in the Thieves blend, cinnamon bark is a powerful for the immune system…Antioxidants off the charts!

▪️Copaiba Vitality – An under talked about oil if you ask me! This recipe is SO easy!!

1 C of Dried Black Organic Elderberries
1 C of NingXia Wolfberries
4 Cups of Water
YL Vitality Essential oils (optional)
1 Cup Local Raw Honey

▪️Pour water & add berries into Instant Pot
▪️Use manual or pressure setting for 10 minutes (do not add oils or honey yet!)

When the time is up, vent the instant pot, remove lid, and let cool a little bit.

Strain what’s in the pot and pour into another container.

When it is no longer steaming hot, add 1 cup of honey, and a drop of each vitality essential oil and stir well!

When honey is well mixed into the elderberry mixture, pour the syrup into whatever glass storage container you’d like! Store in the fridge.

Take straight or add to yogurt, oatmeal, pancakes, tea…and ENJOY the flavor and taste of wellness entering your body! ❤️
